This is something everyone with internet access can use. You can use it to report potholes, faulty street lights, overgrown vegetation/trees from private properties affecting the public highway etc.

It may be useful to note that the intervention level for potholes in the carriageway is 50mm and in the footway 20mm. Take a note of the reference number given so that you can follow it up!
